Marketing Manager Wanted

If you live and breathe marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to build our brand, develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, focusing on Europe and the US. This is a full-time permanent position, based in Budapest.

What does a Marketing Manager do for us?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Our digital marketing manager will work with team members and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Your primary responsibilities would be the following

  • Building the brand by establishing a strong brand identity
  • Implementing brand building activities both B2C and B2B
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Working closely with sales team to increase online sales, build customer base
  • Collaborate with team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Planning  and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Selecting and working closely with agencies (PR, media and others)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights

Our ideal candidate has the following experience or qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing or related fields
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics, ad serving, sales and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Advantage, but not a must: Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
